The Best Vampire Books

What do you think are the best Vampire books? Personally I love to read and Vampire novels are among some of my favorites. So I decided to share my ideas on some of the best Vampire Books that I have read with all my readers here at .

And why is this a good idea, you may wonder? Well, if you haven't already read these vampire novels, you might decide you want to after reading my brief review and description of that individual book.

Or it may help you to decide that it is not anything that you might want to read after reading the description you find here. So you will save lots of time reading that book because you probably would not have liked it anyway.

Either way, my list of the best Vampire Books is simply based on my own readings. You might agree, you might not - and that is entirely fine with me. But I think every movie that I have ever seen that was originally a book first - well, the book was soooo much better. So do yourself a favor and read what you have been missing.

So, let's get started right away. You can read my own book list of my favorite Vampire Books below - each link will lead to a page with a more detailed description of the vampire novels, what it is about, who authored it - you know, all the important stuff. And I will make changes to this list fairly frequently so please be patient as it grows (there's only so much time in the day - I save the night for other endeavors....).

Submit Your Vampire Book Review Here

Do you have a great review about about your favorite vampire novel? Especially a vampire book we haven't already done a book review on? Share a review of your favorite vampire book with us all here now!

It must be: a good review, well written (no typos, misspells, bad grammar or $%#$@! language), and over 300 words, including author name, exact title of the work, and a good enough description to let anyone know, that has not already read the book, exactly what it is about with enough information to help the reader decide whether or not it is something they want to read - but not giving away any major plot surprises.

I will happily add all viewer submitted book reviews to the list here - complete with credit to the reviewer - as long as they fit all the rules above.

"The dark gift is different for each of us. But one thing is true for us all, we grow stronger as we go along. Just take my word for it. She blamed a slave for his murder. Imagine what they did to him. Evildoers are easier, and they taste better." -- Lestat, Interview with the Vampire
